We don’t employ installers but may be able to recommend an independent installer depending on your location.

It depends. If it has been altered in any way, its unreturnable. For unused materials, there will be a 25% restocking fee plus return freight back to our distribution center. We highly recommend having a professional installer measure before ordering!

Since we are a manufacturer and not a retail store, we have greater flexibility on pricing depending on certain circumstances. You won’t disappointed with our prices! Give us a call to discuss pricing for your upcoming project.

We highly recommend our 100% synthetic fiber commercial padding, Eco|DuraPad, for all of our carpet styles.

That depends on whether we need to manufacture your order or if the product is in stock, as well as your location relative to our distribution center. But we work quickly, and most orders ship no later than two weeks from the date we finalize the order.
